Waveguide Sections

MTW offers full Rigid waveguide sections cut to required lengths and with custom choice of flange types.  We also offer a variety of seamless flexible waveguide assemblies at requested length and choice of flange types.

MTW can design and fabricate different combinations of straight waveguide, with E-Bend, H-Bend, combination E/H-Bend and blends of rigid waveguide and flexible seamless waveguide.

MTW waveguide sections cover from WR284 to WR28, and with choice of flange types. Typical configurations are as follows:

• Rigid waveguide straights-choice of length, and flange type
• Rigid waveguide straights with E-Bend combinations, and choice of flange type
• Rigid waveguide straights with H-Bend combinations, and choice of flange type
• Rigid waveguide straights with E/H-Bend combinations, and choice of flange type
•  Seamless Flex waveguide straights-choice of length, and choice of flange type
• Seamless Flex straights with Rigid waveguide combination-choice of length, and choice of flange type
• Seamless Flex waveguide with E or H-bend shapes-choice of length, and choice of flange type

MTW can also do custom waveguide assembly designs based on a source control drawing (SCD).
