MTECHNOLOGYWAVE (MTW)

MTW is a privately owned company which designs RF components, Transceivers, System integration and testing of Radio systems. MTW is located in Dorval, Quebec, and less than 3 minutes from Montreal  PE Trudeau airport. MTW has drawn on its vast 37 years plus RF experience to achieve high quality designs, at very low cost, by focusing on the design to fabrication process control, to eliminate unnecessary steps in machining and assembly.

MTW core competency is focusing on advanced Engineering for new RF applications, pretesting of components and modules prior to using them to ensure high reliability. We do full electrical design analysis of critical functions, mechanical design analysis to eliminate early fatigue under shock and vibration. We draw on the vast experience of our design team to generate an innovative architectural design approach in most of our RF components and modules.

Our designs are based on achieving low cost manufacturability by subcontracting the machining to high reliability and efficient machine shops, running at high rpm of 6000 to 10000 to maximize the fabrication throughput.
